The bespectacled frontman of Descendents whose departure for UC San Diego inspired the title and cover caricature of 1982's 'Milo Goes to College'. Combining hyper-caffeinated South Bay hardcore urgency with vulnerable, melodic hooks, Milo proved you didn't need a leather uniform to tear up the pit.

Founding drummer and chief songwriter of Descendents and ALL, powerhouse drummer of Black Flag from 1983–1985 ('My War', 'Slip It In', 'Loose Nut', 'In My Head'), and co-founder of The Blasting Room studio, where he has produced landmark albums for Rise Against, NOFX, Alkaline Trio, and Propagandhi.
