AGNOSTIC FRONT
United Blood on the Lower East Side. Sunday afternoon CBGB matinees, pile-on gang vocals, skinhead & punk solidarity, and standing tall against oppression.
Founded in late 1980 on New York City's Lower East Side by guitarist Vinnie Stigma and soon joined by vocalist Roger Miret. With landmark releases 'United Blood' (1983), 'Victim in Pain' (1984), and 'Cause for Alarm' (1986), Agnostic Front forged the raw, street-hardened blueprint of New York Hardcore (NYHC) and anchored the legendary CBGB Sunday matinees.

The unmistakable voice of New York Hardcore since joining Agnostic Front in 1982 for the 'United Blood' EP and 'Victim in Pain' LP. Fronting countless Sunday matinees at CBGB on the Bowery, Roger forged the street-level brotherhood and gang-vocal intensity of NYHC.

Founding guitarist and beating heart of Agnostic Front since 1980, as well as early co-founder of Madball. Born and raised in a tenement apartment on Mott Street, Vinnie Stigma is the beloved ambassador of New York Hardcore, famous for jumping straight into the circle pit mid-song with his guitar.
